Water, the Inspiration Phase
The Four Element Wheel of Business Development.
The Goddess School is here to guide women not only in their personal growth but also in their professional path through a unique framework inspired by the four elements of nature: Water, Air, Earth, and Fire. Each element holds a powerful wisdom that can support us at different stages of our journey. Today, let’s focus on the professional side of things.
Creating The Goddess School has been one of the most exciting and also most challenging projects I’ve ever brought to life. One thing that has helped me navigate the ever-changing landscape of entrepreneurship is what I call The Four Element Wheel of Business Development.
Think of it as a sacred cycle:
Water is the phase of inspiration
Air is the phase of planification
Earth is the phase of building
Fire is the phase of launching
In this series, we’ll zoom in on each of these four sacred phases. Let’s begin today with Water : the inspiration phase.

WATER, THE INSPIRATION PHASE
Every business begins with a feeling. A desire. A whisper from your soul. That’s the Water Phase. It’s the moment when you start to dream — not from logic, but from emotion, intuition, and a sense of calling. You don’t yet know the full shape of your project, but something inside you is stirring.
This phase is deeply feminine. It’s not about “doing.” It’s about being with the idea, letting it speak to you before you try to shape it.
What the Water Phase looks like
You feel inspired by something beautiful, unfair, or moving.
You start collecting ideas, visuals, colors, words — like a creative moodboard.
You journal, voice-note, or daydream.
You feel waves of excitement… and maybe even fear.
You’re not rushing. You’re receiving.
Water Phase Wisdom
Don’t try to structure this moment. Let the idea expand without judgment. Let your emotions be your compass. This is sacred territory — your business is beginning to find you.
Practices for the Water Phase
Take long walks without your phone and just listen.
Create a vision board that feels like the energy of your dream, even if it doesn’t make sense yet.
Ask yourself: What do I feel called to create, and why?
Keep a dream journal — often the soul speaks through symbols.
Inspiration is a current, don’t force it. Trust it. And know that this soft, tender phase is what gives your business its soul.
