Air, the Planification Phase
The Four Element Wheel of Business Development.
The Goddess School is here to guide women not only in their personal growth but also in their professional path through a unique framework inspired by the four elements of nature: Water, Air, Earth, and Fire. Each element holds a powerful wisdom that can support us at different stages of our journey. Today, let’s focus on the professional side of things.
Creating The Goddess School has been one of the most exciting and also most challenging projects I’ve ever brought to life. One thing that has helped me navigate the ever-changing landscape of entrepreneurship is what I call The Four Element Wheel of Business Development.
Think of it as a sacred cycle:
Water is the phase of inspiration
Air is the phase of planification
Earth is the phase of building
Fire is the phase of launching
In this series, we’ll zoom in on each of these four sacred phases. Let’s go with Air : the planification phase.
air, THE planification PHASE
After the first spark of emotion from the Water Phase, comes a moment where everything begins to take shape. That’s the Air Phase. Air is the element of clarity, planification and strategy. It brings a fresh wind of perspective. You’re still dreaming and in love but now, with structure, with questions, with intention.
What the Air Phase looks like
You feel devoted to your idea, it begins to live inside of you.
You start articulating your vision: what it is, who it’s for, why it matters.
You map out the pillars of your work and dive back into learning, if needed, to strengthen your foundation.
You begin thinking about your audience, your offers, your voice.
You fall into moments of overthinking or doubt, that’s normal. It means you care.
Air Phase Wisdom
Let it speak to you. Ask it what it needs from you. This is where the relationship begins. You’re no longer just inspired, you’re engaged with your vision.
Practices for the Air Phase
Write a letter to your project (as if it were a person you love).
Create a visual map of your brand essence: values, aesthetics, voice.
Ask yourself: What am I creating, and for whom? What does this want to become?
Choose a name, a title, or a phrase that makes your heart beat faster.
Design an action plan with the next 3–5 aligned steps you can take now, and a long-term vision to keep your direction clear.
This phase is about clarity and planification. Where your dream becomes a vision. Where the idea you once received becomes the path you now choose to walk.
