Earth, the Building Phase

The Four Element Wheel of Business Development.

The Goddess School is here to guide women not only in their personal growth but also in their professional path through a unique framework inspired by the four elements of nature: Water, Air, Earth, and Fire. Each element holds a powerful wisdom that can support us at different stages of our journey. Today, let’s focus on the professional side of things.

Creating The Goddess School has been one of the most exciting and also most challenging projects I’ve ever brought to life. One thing that has helped me navigate the ever-changing landscape of entrepreneurship is what I call The Four Element Wheel of Business Development.

Think of it as a sacred cycle:

  • Water is the phase of inspiration

  • Air is the phase of planification

  • Earth is the phase of building

  • Fire is the phase of launching

In this series, we’ll zoom in on each of these four sacred phases. Let’s go with Earth : the building phase.

earth, THE building PHASE

After dreaming, falling in love with your idea, and plan the steps ahead, the time comes to put the actual work. Welcome to the Earth Phase, the phase of building, committing, and creating form. This is where things become real. You’re no longer just thinking about your project : you're shaping it with your hands, your time, your presence. The Earth Phase asks for devotion, consistency, and care. It’s about taking grounded action and showing up for your vision day after day.

What the Earth Phase looks like

  • You create your offer, write the content, build the structure behind the scenes.

  • You work on your website, branding, platform, systems.

  • You face moments of doubt, fatigue, or resistance but you keep going.

  • You discover what works by doing, not just by thinking.

  • You start seeing your idea come to life in visible, tangible ways.

Earth Phase Wisdom

This is where many give up because the magic becomes less visible. But it’s also where the real alchemy happens. Earth teaches you that discipline is sacred, and that nurturing your idea with care is a deeply creative act. Your project doesn’t need to be perfect. It needs to be built, step by step.

Practices for the Earth Phase

  • Adopt a Just do it attitude.

  • Focus on what matters and prioritize your tasks.

  • Schedule real time for creation, even when it feels slow or imperfect.

  • Create a beautiful workspace, digital or physical, that inspires grounded focus.

  • Set up your back-end systems (emails, payments, automations) so your creation can breathe and grow.

This is the phase where you become the architect of your own dream. Where you show your idea that it can trust you.
